Yes, you can definitely upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your My Account->Subscription settings. Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your My Account settings. If you cancel, you will still have access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exhausted my interaction credits before the start of next billing?
If you exhausted your interaction credits, you can continue using our service without a cap and every additional interaction used over your credit is charged at 0,50$ for Explorer and at 0,05$ for Starter and Growth plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
How do I find view my invoices and update my payment and billing details?
Log in to your account, navigate to My Account->Subscription page and find Billing Details, Payment Details and Invoices sections in this page, then edit your details. The changes will take effect immediately.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we will notify you via email and retry the payment four times. If the issue persists, your subscription may be cancelled.
